Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years in project management for software (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience; able to coach teams and enforce DoR/DoD

  • Proven release management, RAID/risk control, and dependency management

  • Experience coordinating distributed teams and external vendors/partners

  • Familiarity with AI services/tools in delivery workflows

  • Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and deadline/budget discipline

  • Excellent verbal/written communication; fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certifications: CSM/PSM, PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience setting up delivery tooling and automations (e.g., Jira/Confluence/Linear, Slack)

  • Background with B2B SaaS for procurement/supply chain or manufacturing a plus

  • Exposure to compliance/audit frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF)

  • Experience coaching teams to improve motivation, skills, and Agile maturity

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing key processes to increase productivity and efficiency of the overall software development that addresses complex purchasing and supply chain business problems. As a member of our software development team, you will be expected to be a team player, be an owner of the process and the product, and contribute and add meaningful innovation to our development. You will be providing guidance to the project team by seeking and participating in personal and team development opportunities including improving personal, technical, and consulting skills, plus suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions; fostering & supporting constructive change. You will have a significant opportunity to be an important part of Sourcing Value. You will collaborate very closely with all other teams to assist in their functions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan & deliver: Own roadmap/milestones, critical path, and release calendar; manage cross-team dependencies.

  • Run Agile well: Lead ceremonies, keep the backlog healthy with the PO, triage scope/bugs, remove blockers.

  • Control scope & risk: Maintain RAID log, drive mitigations, escalate early with options/impacts.

  • Readiness gates: Verify requirements, datasets, environments, and security checks before work starts.

  • Orchestrate flow: Coordinate Design → Dev → QA/UAT → Release; ensure clean handoffs and SLAs.

  • Release management: Define entry/exit criteria, cut plans, rollback paths, and stakeholder communications.

  • Metrics & reporting: Track schedule variance, cycle time, blocker aging, and escaped defects; send weekly updates and decision logs.

  • Vendor & partner management: Align SOWs, deliverables, and timelines with integrators and other providers.

  • Compliance support: Keep delivery artifacts and traceability audit-ready (SOC 2/ISO 27001/GDPR).

  • Team enablement: Support hiring screens, coordinate onboarding/access; get new contributors shipping in week one.

  • Capacity & budget awareness: Maintain resource plans and align spend to priorities.
