Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• ~3+ years of experience in project or delivery management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience participating in or running ceremonies with support from Product or Engineering
• Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for tracking work, dependencies, and delivery status
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF), or willingness to learn audit-ready delivery practices
• Experience supporting releases, managing risks or dependencies, and coordinating across teams
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams and/or external partners
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving product environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Project management certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP, or PRINCE2)
• Background in B2B SaaS for procurement/supply chain, or manufacturing
• Experience coaching teams to improve motivation, skills, and Agile maturity
• Experience partnering with Customer Success or enterprise customers during delivery milestones

About The Role

As a Project Manager at Sourcing Value, you will support and gradually take ownership of the planning and execution of key initiatives across a complex B2B SaaS platform serving purchasing and supply-chain organizations.

You’ll work closely with experienced Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to help ensure work is clearly scoped, well-sequenced, and delivered with increasing predictability over time. This role is designed for someone who is ready to grow: you will start with guidance and support, and progressively take on more ownership as you build confidence and context.

This is a hands-on delivery role where learning happens through doing. You’ll help track progress, surface risks, and coordinate across teams, while developing stronger judgment around trade-offs, planning, and communication.

This position is well-suited for a mid-level Project or Delivery Manager who wants to deepen their impact and grow into a more senior delivery role within a scaling SaaS organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines for active initiatives
• Help define and track project scope, raising risks or trade-offs when priorities change
• Assist with planning work based on team capacity and known dependencies
• Track execution progress, including tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies, with guidance as needed
• Proactively surface delivery risks and blockers; escalate with context and potential options
• Run or support Agile ceremonies in partnership with Product and Engineering
• Coordinate delivery activities across Design, Engineering, QA/UAT, and Release
• Support release readiness activities, rollout planning, and milestone-based communication
• Help maintain delivery artifacts and documentation in an audit-ready state
• Coordinate with external vendors and support onboarding of new contributors when needed
• Learn and apply delivery best practices to improve predictability and reduce friction over time

How success is measured

• A clear and repeatable delivery cadence is established and maintained, including planning, weekly status updates, risk & dependency tracking (RAID), and release readiness checks.
• Delivery becomes more predictable over time, with fewer last-minute surprises due to improved dependency management and release coordination.
• Jira reporting and delivery artifacts are consistent, accurate, and audit-friendly, supporting both leadership visibility and compliance needs.
• Blockers are surfaced early and resolved more quickly, with improving flow and cycle time as handoffs become clearer.
• Stakeholders have increasing confidence in delivery timelines and status as planning and execution maturity improves.
• You demonstrate growing ownership of delivery practices and increasing effectiveness in coordinating complex work.
