Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience with teams that develop SaaS software platforms
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum development, ability to coach others on Agile/Scrum
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong sense of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as Agile & Scrum, PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience in identifying and setting up platforms for internal processes
  • Experience in coaching project team members to increase motivation, strengthen abilities and skill sets
About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing key processes to increase productivity and efficiency of the overall software development that addresses complex purchasing and supply chain business problems. As a member of our software development team, you will be expected to be a team player, be an owner of the process and the product, and contribute and add meaningful innovation to our development. You will be providing guidance to the project team by seeking and participating in personal and team development opportunities including improving personal, technical, and consulting skills, plus suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions; fostering & supporting constructive change. You will have a significant opportunity to be an important part of Sourcing Value. You will collaborate very closely with all other teams to assist in their functions.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
  • Structuring and managing integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Working with the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Tracking projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and development partners
  • Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
