Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of product owner or business analyst experience in SaaS enterprise applications built on a modern cloud platform
• Experience in detailed and comprehensive user story writing
• Experience in executing product vision and strategy
• Understand complex web and mobile app architectures
• Experience in creating examples through user flows, wireframes, mockups
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum development, desire to coach others on Agile/Scrum
• Champions the big picture and stays on top of day-to-day execution details
• Logical and structured thinker that can develop innovative product features while managing the tradeoffs between functional depth and intuitive user experience
• Well-versed in design thinking, adept at observing and analyzing user behavior, and is an experienced design collaboration partner; eager to learn and to share knowledge with others
• Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization approach to evaluate product trade-offs and risks
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of CI/CD principles

About the Role

Product Owner creates purposeful digital solutions by understanding the market, analyzing user needs and using data-driven insights. This role elicits business needs collaboratively with the customer and product team; manages all product requirements from definition and modeling to development, testing and launch.

As a member of an agile team, the Product Owner is expected to have excellent communication and analytical skills to deliver the highest value to the customer and to end-users. If you feel comfortable with these responsibilities, we would love to see you on board.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements, and write clear and comprehensive user stories
• Conduct product requirement meetings with engineering team to develop the most optimal solution
• Own product roadmap requirements, create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with the project goals
• Empower and motivate a cross-functional team
• Assist other product owner and business analysis, project manager and engineering teams by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software
• Participate in UX/UI design and review processes
• Employ product management techniques to validate that you are building the right solution (e.g., mental models, design thinking, analytics, user testing…)
• Support QA team while deriving and running test scenarios
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
