About The Role:
As our AI Integration Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of our AI initiative, driving its evolution across both customer-facing features and internal tools. This is not a research or model-building role—we’re looking for someone who thrives on application-level problem-solving and can build real, working solutions with AI. You’ll be responsible for shaping the AI roadmap, strengthening the foundations we’ve laid, and creating new integration points throughout the platform. Your focus will span everything from intelligent automation and agent design to enabling scalable prompt engineering and working with fine-tuned models.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who understands AI deeply, knows how to implement it pragmatically, and is excited to lead the AI push for the entire company.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire AI initiative at Sourcing Value—from strategy to execution—serving as the central driver of AI adoption across the product and internal workflows.
- Champion AI-assisted coding, planning, designing, and automation practices across all engineering and product teams.
- Strengthen and expand the foundational AI architecture and integration points already in place.
- Lead the integration of LLMs, RAG systems, and autonomous agents into our SaaS platform and internal systems.
- Build and maintain tools that leverage AI for business use cases, particularly in the raw material sourcing domain.
- Design and implement prompt engineering capabilities that empower non-technical users to create and manage AI prompts effectively.
- Plan and execute the integration of fine-tuned and custom-trained AI/ML models as needed.
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams to align AI features with business goals and customer needs.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all AI-powered components.
- Monitor AI services in production and optimize performance continuously.
- Document AI architecture, processes, and learnings to support internal alignment and future scaling.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and APIs—proactively recommending and experimenting with new approaches.
